Ana Luis Salon & Day Spa has developed additional preventative protocols and requirements in an effort to insure that you arrive and leave safe & well. We are following federal OSHA & CDC guidelines to mitigate and reduce the spread of the COVID-19 virus. The actions that we are taking are in are in place for all (you and our team too). The following are many of the requirements and protocols to expect on your next visit.
The Safe & Well requirements are mandatory for all. We have the right to refuse service to
any who do not comply with all requirements which could compromise the health of others.
Safe & Well Requirements
MASKS must be brought and worn at all times.
TEMPERATURE must be checked and be below 100 degrees.
HEALTH QUESTIONS must all be negative regarding symptoms.
HAND SANITIZATION must be done upon arrival.
SOCIAL DISTANCE when possible.
WAIT IN VEHICLE until we contact or reply to you.
ARRIVE ALONE since we will not allow waiting in our building.
PAYMENT must be by credit or debit card (no cash)
SERVICES DISCONTINUED include Blow Dry Styling, Shampoos (arrive with clean hair), Facials and Lip & chin sugaring.
We have discontinued facial services at this time. Nov.18/2020,
The DHHS has issued orders that requires masks to be worn at
all times. We appreciate your understanding and patience.
STAY HOME if you have fever, cough, shortness of breath, have been diagnosed with COVID-19 or have been exposed to someone who has and it has been less than 14 days. We will not service you.

Safe & Well Protocols
Our team is dedicated to actively practicing all Safe & Well Requirements and Protocols.
Everyday our entire team will wear masks, have a temperature and health check as well as pass all "Safe & Well Requirements" in order to work. The following are many of the protocols that we have in place for your and our safety.
SANITIZATION of all touch points in service areas, lobby, restrooms, door knobs, counters and more will be ongoing throughout the day.
HAND WASHING is required before and after each service or when necessary.
SANITIZATION of tools and implements will be continuous before and after appointments.
LAUNDERED and clean capes, linens and towels will be used and soiled items cleaned.
BARRIERS of plastic dividers and shields are in place to separate and protect.
PPE such as masks, shields, gloves will be used as appropriate.
LIMITS on the number of clients and team members in shared areas will be controlled.
SOCIAL DISTANCE will be practiced when possible and appropriate.
SMILES will be worn beneath or masks!
